The role and the organisation. Whether the job and the employer on the row still match what is recorded elsewhere.
Repeats. Whether the same person appears more than once in the list.

Every row that was taken out or held carries the reason it was, and the date it was checked. Those records sit with Calder and Wren Ltd.

The mailbox checks were performed independently. We sell no contact data, so we have nothing riding on how this list looks.

A tenth of what we are paid for this work goes to the children's charity Camp Mohawk.
