If the pass has not found something worth knowing on at least one of the rows in your file, we do not invoice you for it. You keep the finished files and the evidence either way.
Something worth knowing means a row that comes back to you in the stopped rows, in the changelog as a change we made, or in the Decision Brief anywhere other than under “Rows we could not check”. A row we could not reach is not a finding.

What exactly is included?
Everything. Deliverability, phone, employment and in-role checking, identity, keeping your own clients and competitors separate, the seven files and the review link are all in the one figure. No add-ons, no metered extras.

Your pass is the up-to-2,500 pass, £2,250. It covers everything up to two thousand five hundred rows, so there is headroom to add rows before it runs.
