When you pay
You pay when you send your file, by Instant Bank Pay, at the price shown for its row count. The receipt is your invoice. The free check is the only step with nothing to pay.

Seven files and one link. One of them is the file you work from.
The checks run automatically, row by row. A person approves the finished check before it comes back.
- 1 · The list, in the shape it arrived. Your columns, in your column order, carrying the rows we did not stop. It is the file you work from. Every row in it is marked READY. A flag beside a row names a check that went unanswered or a finding worth knowing, such as an address we withheld. The outcome and its reason say where the row was placed and why; flags add what else we found. They never put rows in an order and ask nothing of you.
- 2 · The update file. One row for every row you sent: the outcome, the reason, the dates and what each channel established, keyed on your own record ID.
- 3 · The stopped rows. Every row we stopped or kept aside on your protected list, with the reason and the date we checked it. Put any of them back if you disagree. It is your list.
- 4 · The Decision Brief. The rows placed by a person's review of a possible change of role or organisation, with what we decided on each and why. Nothing here needs an answer: your files already reflect every decision.
- 5 · The changelog. Every change, every removal, and every difference we found and left in place, with the reason and the date.
- 6 · The withheld addresses. The addresses kept out of the send, in the shape the destination you name loads.
- 7 · The Row Passports. One Row Passport per row: what was checked, what came back, what could not be established, and the date. It is the record to show anyone who asks what was checked.
- And one private review link: a page carrying the counts, the categories, the dates and every file by name. No contact rows are on it.
We never sell the data you send us. You get the finished files you work from.
If we find nothing, you get your money back
If the full check has not found something worth knowing on at least one of the rows in your file, we refund it in full. Otherwise, every row with no value earns two rows of credit on your next full check. You keep the finished files and the evidence either way.
Something worth knowing means a row the full check established a fact about that your file did not carry: an address that accepts mail or does not, a number that is live or not, a profile matched to the person and read, a change of role or organisation found, a duplicate, or a row kept aside on your own list of clients and competitors. A row we could not reach, and could establish nothing about, is a row with no value.

Send your listOne free check per organisation. Everything after it is paid work. Want to see your own rows through the full check first? A walkthrough takes a slice of your list through it for £195. The £195 is credited once against the first full check your organisation orders within three months of the walkthrough. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not refunded if no full check follows. Ask for one.

Can I see the finished work first?
Yes. The walkthrough takes a real slice of your list through the full check, with the decisions walked with you live, £195, credited once against the first full check your organisation orders within three months of the walkthrough.
What exactly is included?
Everything. Deliverability, phone, employment and in-role checking, identity, keeping your own clients and competitors separate, the seven files and the private review link are all in the one figure. No add-ons, no metered extras. We check whether a number is live. We do not screen numbers against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS): whether a number may be called for marketing is not something this full check establishes.
What if you find nothing?

My list is 1,100 rows. Do I pay the 2,500 price?
Yours is the up-to-2,500 full check, £2,250. It covers everything up to two thousand five hundred rows, so there is headroom to add rows before it runs.
