One fixed price per pass
You are quoted a single price for the file, agreed before anything runs. It is banded by how many rows are in the list, so a bigger file costs more and you know which band you are in before you say yes.
No minimums. No balance to run down and no credits to buy. No surprise charges, because what is on the invoice was fixed by the form you signed before any of the work started.

The way in is a free check on the list you trust least. Send us the file and pick a call slot. We run it the day before, email and phone across the whole file and the identity check on up to two thousand rows, then show you three numbers and walk your own rows through with you. Once per organisation, no cost, and if nothing in there surprises you we stop.
If you want to see the real thing first
There is an optional paid step between the two: a slice of your list taken all the way through the full pass, with a real set of decisions walked with you live. What you pay for it is credited in full against your first full pass. It exists so you can see the finished work on your own data before committing to the whole file.
Beyond the two thousand rows in the free check, identity and in-role checking across a whole file is quoted on the call, as one number.
The first pass buys something that lasts
Your baseline is your column mapping, the keys we use to recognise a row again, and your output answers. It is built on the first pass and it is yours. The next pass covers what has changed since this one. If you ever stop working with us, we hand the baseline over and delete our copy.
