The Integrity Layer
How Datuma Compares
Datuma isn't a replacement for your enrichment tools. It's the integrity layer that tells you which data is trustworthy: scoring every contact, catching duplicates, detecting role or organisation changes, and separating protected accounts.
Lead providers sell you a database. Datuma checks each contact live, the moment you run it, and scores what it finds.
Refreshed against LinkedIn, never a snapshot that's already months old. About 10p a contact, priced in pounds, not credits.
Datuma is not a replacement for enrichment tools
We don't find new contacts and we don't sell you strangers' details. Datuma improves the data on the contacts you already have. We don't provide phone numbers or email addresses from scratch, and we don't compete with your existing prospecting tools.
What we do is sit between your enrichment tools and your CRM. Every contact that enters your system passes through Datuma first. It gets a Trust Score (0 to 100), Verified Readiness, and is checked against five layers of protection, all before your team acts on it.
Duplicate detection, the account-protection check, and cached results cost £0.00. The integrity layer is hardcoded. And Datuma is priced in pounds, not credits: you see the exact cost in pounds before you approve a batch, never an abstract credit balance.
Verify your B2B data before you buy more
The tools above are good at finding contacts. What none of them tell you is which of the contacts you already have are still worth acting on. Before you spend on another list, check the data you already own. Datuma scores every contact from 0 to 100, catches the duplicates you would have paid to enrich again, flags the people who have moved on, and separates your own customers, all before a credit is spent.
Score before you spend. Verify what you have, then buy only the net new contacts you genuinely need.
Tool comparisons
Datuma vs ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo finds contacts. Datuma scores whether those contacts are trustworthy, catches duplicates, and detects who's moved on.

Apollo is prospecting and enrichment. Datuma sits after Apollo, scoring the output and catching the records that have gone stale since they were pulled.

Cognism provides phone-verified contacts. Datuma ensures you're not spending credits enriching duplicates, ghosts, or protected accounts.

Built for UK and EU teams
Your contact data is held in the EU (Supabase, Ireland) and your batch reports are sent from the EU (Resend). EU residency by design, not a compliance checkbox bolted onto a US platform.
The model is built around your decision: Datuma proposes a match or an enrichment, your team confirms it, and you can erase a contact whenever you choose. Nothing is acted on without a human deciding. See the security page for data residency, retention, and sub-processors.
