Verified Readiness

Is your CRM data ready for AI?

Datuma's Verified Readiness is the four-tier score that tells you exactly which contacts your AI sequencers, voice agents, and outreach tools can act on, and what's missing from the rest. Every contact with a LinkedIn URL gets its work email confirmed deliverable, so the tier you see reflects deeper verification than a presence check alone.

Four tiers of automation readiness

Every contact is scored. AI Blockers tells you exactly what's missing. Fix those fields, move up a tier.

AI Blockers: the field that tells you what to fix

Every contact gets an AI Blockers field listing exactly what's missing. Your team sees specific fields, not a vague score.

Contact Verified Readiness AI Blockers Action
Sarah Mitchell Fully Verified None Ready for all AI tools
James Walker Mostly Verified Missing Phone Add phone for voice calling
Emma Taylor Partially Verified Missing LinkedIn, Missing Phone Add LinkedIn + phone
Tom Roberts Not Verified Missing Email Find a verified email first

AI Blockers turn a score into an action. Your team knows what to fix to move a contact up a tier.

What each readiness level lets you do

Each channel unlocks once a contact has the data that channel needs. The higher the tier, the more of your AI tools can safely act on it.

Email sequences
Verified LinkedIn outreach
AI SDR voice calling
Full multi-channel automation

Email sequences open as soon as a contact has a deliverable email and first name. Verified LinkedIn outreach needs a verified LinkedIn URL on top. Voice calling, and full multi-channel automation, need every field: Deliverable email + First name + Organisation + Verified LinkedIn + Phone, which is what makes a contact Fully Verified.

Three steps

How AI readiness scoring works

Upload a CSV. Get back every contact scored with a Verified Readiness tier and a list of blockers. No configuration needed.

1

Upload a CSV

Drop your contacts into the portal. We auto-match your column headers. You confirm the mapping, and see the cost in pounds, before you pay to enrich a single contact.

2

Every contact is scored

Each contact gets a Trust Score (0–100), a Verified Readiness tier, and an AI Blockers field. Twelve signals, four tiers, zero guesswork.

3

Route by readiness

Feed "Fully Verified" contacts to your AI tools. Fix the blockers on the rest. You get back a CSV column for each. Filter, sort, act.

What "Verified LinkedIn" means

Mostly Verified and Fully Verified both require a verified LinkedIn URL. Here's how a URL gets verified.

From your CSV

If your CRM already has a LinkedIn URL for a contact, it's treated as verified. You provided it, we trust it.

High-confidence lookup

If we discover a LinkedIn URL through person lookup and the match confidence is 60% or higher, it counts as verified. Below 60%, the URL still appears in your output with its confidence score, but it doesn't count toward Verified Readiness.

Deliverability check

Every contact with a LinkedIn URL gets its work email checked at the mail server. The result lands in your output (Valid, Risky, Invalid, Unknown, or Unverified). Fully Verified requires Valid. This is the same depth on every batch, not a separate tier.
