Terms of Service

1. What the free demo is

The Datuma free demo processes up to 50 contact records that you upload via the form at datuma.co.uk/demo. It is offered free of charge, one demo per organisation, to give your team a practical look at Trust Scores, AI Automation Levels, and duplicate detection on your own data.

2. Eligibility

• A valid work email address is required. Free email providers (for example @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @yahoo.com) are not accepted.
• One free demo is offered per organisation.
• You must have the authority to upload the contact data you provide.

3. How your data is handled

• Data is processed in the European Union on isolated infrastructure dedicated to the demo pipeline.
• Results are delivered to the work email address you provided and via the website.
• Demo data is purged within 7 days of the demo completing. Raw uploads are not retained long-term in the pipeline.

4. Enrichment results are not guaranteed

Enrichment results depend on third-party APIs and the quality of the data you upload. We do not guarantee that every contact will return a match, a Trust Score above a given threshold, or any specific enriched field. The demo shows what Datuma would produce on your data, not a commitment of outcome.

5. Your data stays yours

Datuma retains no rights over the contact data you upload. We do not sell, share, or use your contact data to train models. We do not merge it with any external database. The data you upload is processed to produce the demo result and then purged on the schedule described above.

6. No client relationship

The free demo does not constitute a client relationship between you or your organisation and Datuma. No service-level commitments, support obligations, or warranties apply. For the full client terms — including pricing, support, security commitments, and retention policy — refer to the Datuma Client Agreement, which is provided during onboarding.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload data that you do not have the right to process, data that is unlawful, or data designed to disrupt or misuse the demo pipeline. We may decline or terminate any demo request at our discretion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the free demo.
