What 1,000 contacts actually costs
A credit pack makes you guess. Here is the whole bill, in pounds, line by line.
You upload
1,000 contacts
About 150 duplicates merged

£0.00
About 50 protected accounts separated
Your existing customers, set aside so you never enrich or call them by mistake.
£0.00
Processing first pass
850 non-duplicate rows at £0.03, to triage before you enrich.
about £26
About 800 contacts enriched fresh
Checked live the moment you run it, at about £0.10 each. You only pay for fresh results.
about £80
You pay
about £106
Illustrative. Your real numbers depend on how many duplicates, customers and dead records are in your list, so the bill is often lower. The point holds either way: you see the exact figure in pounds before you approve a batch, you pay only for fresh results, and there is no credit pack to buy in advance or burn before it expires.
Pounds, not credits
See the bill before you spend a penny
Before a batch runs, Datuma shows your cost in pounds, itemised, and you approve it. Toggle what you pay for. No credits to decode, no surprise invoice.
Unticking an option lowers your estimate. Personal mobiles come from each person's LinkedIn profile, so LinkedIn must be on to include them.
£0.03 per uploaded row. Within-batch duplicates are not charged. No subscription, no platform fee. You pay only for the batches you run, and you approve the cost in pounds before anything runs.

Questions
How much does Datuma cost?
Start free, clean and enrich 100 contacts at no cost. After that you pay as you go: about £0.10 per enriched contact (only for fresh results), plus £0.03 per row for processing. Duplicates, protected accounts and cached contacts cost £0.00. Maintenance is £49.99 per user per year. No seats, no subscription, no contract lock-in.
What actually costs £0.00?
Duplicate detection (within-batch, cross-batch and full CRM cleanup), account protection, contact identity and cached results reused within 90 days. A standalone duplicate cleanup runs free; scored enrichment batches are billed from £0.03 per row plus the live enrichment you use.
What is Done With You?
For a business with a whole CRM to sort, we do it with you: cleaned, deduped, scored and enriched, with a person guiding every step. You pick your size and pay one programme price, with the first year of maintenance included.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No lock-in. Maintenance is £49.99 per user per year and you can cancel anytime. There is no 12-month auto-renewal.
What does the £49.99 maintenance fee cover?
Maintenance keeps your account and your cleaned data live: portal access for your users, your stored contact and identity history, your account protection lists, ongoing product updates and support. It is a flat £49.99 per user, per year, and your first year carries no maintenance fee at all. The first charge falls one year after you start, and because there is no lock-in, you are never billed maintenance on a cancelled account. Maintenance is not usage: it includes no enrichment allowance and no bundled contacts. Cleaning, scoring and enriching are always billed separately at the per-row prices above.
What does the £0.03 first pass do?
It is triage before you enrich. For £0.03 per contact, the first pass finds duplicates, separates protected accounts and flags obviously dead records, so you can cull the list and only pay to enrich the contacts worth enriching. It does not enrich and it does not mean enrichment is included: the full Trust Score and role or organisation change detection come with the enrichment pass. A standalone duplicate cleanup, with no first pass, is still £0.00.
How long does it take?
You can be live in an afternoon. Sign up, upload a spreadsheet, and get scored results back in minutes. There is no RevOps hire needed, no multi-week implementation, and no CRM integration to babysit. A done-with-you programme is delivered in days, not the weeks a manual cleanup takes, because the pipeline does the heavy work and a person guides it.
