Who counts as a Power User? A Power User is someone trained to upload CSVs, review matches, and import results into your CRM. Team members who only receive scored contacts in their CRM aren't Power Users.
The integrity layer costs nothing
Duplicate detection, account protection, and cached results: £0.00. Upload 10,000 contacts to find duplicates. If you don't need enrichment, your bill is zero.
Ad-hoc support: £125/hour. Additional training: £150/session. The engine is identical across all tiers. Tier difference is human overhead (training, setup, Power Users). Critical issues: 2-hour response across all tiers.

How much does Datuma cost?
One-time construction of £950 to £2,850 depending on tier, £300 per year maintenance, and £0.04 per enrichment result. No seats, no subscription, no contract lock-in.
What actually costs £0.00?
Duplicate detection (within-batch, cross-batch, and full CRM cleanup), account protection, contact identity, Trust Scoring, and cached results reused within 90 days. The integrity layer is hardcoded and runs whether or not you spend on enrichment.
Who counts as a Power User?
A Power User is someone trained to upload CSVs, review matches, and import results into your CRM. Team members who only receive scored contacts in their CRM aren't Power Users. Standard includes 2, Team includes 5, Scale includes 10.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No lock-in. The annual system fee is £300 and you can cancel anytime. Unlike typical enrichment SaaS, there's no 12-month auto-renewal.
How long does deployment take?
