Additional training: £150/session. Support: £125/hr (billed only when requested). The engine is identical across all tiers. Tier difference is human overhead (training, setup, Power Users). A Power User is anyone who uploads CSVs, reviews duplicates, or makes decisions on enriched data. If they touch Datuma, they're a Power User. Critical issues: 2-hour response across all tiers.
