What you get back depends on what we find. Every batch returns an enriched spreadsheet with Trust Scores (0 to 100), Verified Readiness tiers, and Role or Company Change flags, ready for your CRM. Each contact is checked live against LinkedIn the moment you run it, so you act on what's true today, not on a database snapshot that's already months old. If duplicates are found, your team reviews them in the portal. If protected accounts are detected, they're separated into a dedicated file. If LinkedIn matches are suggested, your team confirms or rejects each one.
If a LinkedIn URL is missing from your data, Datuma searches for a match and presents it in the review page with a confidence score. Your team confirms or rejects each suggestion.
