Free self-check

Is your CRM ready for AI?

An AI agent acts on whatever your CRM says, without checking whether it is still true. Answer a few questions about your data and see the readiness tier your list likely sits in, plus the AI Blockers holding it back. Nothing you tick leaves your browser.

Which of these does most of your CRM data have?

And have you done these checks?

How the readiness tiers work

Readiness is decided by which fields a contact has. Each tier unlocks more of your AI tools, and the fields it is missing are its AI Blockers.

Fully Verified

A deliverable work email, first name, organisation, verified LinkedIn, and phone are all present. Email, LinkedIn and AI voice calling can all act on it.

Mostly Verified

A deliverable work email, first name, and verified LinkedIn are present. Email and LinkedIn outreach can act on it. The AI Blockers are the missing organisation or phone.

Partially Verified

A work email and first name are present. Email sequences only. The AI Blocker is a missing or unverified LinkedIn.

Not Verified

The email or first name is missing. The contact needs manual research before any outreach. The AI Blocker is a missing verified email.

On top of the fields, three checks decide whether a contact is safe to act on at all. Duplicates that would email the same person twice, protected accounts such as your own customers, and stale roles where the person has moved on. See the full AI Blocker taxonomy or how the Trust Score is built.

CRM AI readiness, common questions

How do I know if my CRM is ready for AI?
A CRM is ready for an AI tool to act on a contact when that contact has enough verified data for the channel. For email sequences that means a deliverable work email and a first name. For AI voice calling it means all five fields, a deliverable work email, first name, organisation, verified LinkedIn, and a phone number. Anything missing is an AI Blocker, and a contact with unresolved blockers is not safe to automate.
What makes CRM data not ready for AI?
The common blockers are an unverified or undeliverable email, a stale role or organisation, a duplicate record, a missing phone, and a protected contact such as your own customer being treated as a prospect. An AI agent acts on whatever the CRM says without checking whether it is still true, so any of these turns into a wrong or wasted action at scale.
Is this check the same as scoring my real data?
No. This is a quick self-assessment based on what you tell it, so it gives you a likely tier, not a measured one. To get the real answer, upload a spreadsheet and Datuma checks every contact live and returns a Trust Score from 0 to 100, a Verified Readiness tier, and the exact AI Blockers per contact. Your first 100 contacts are free.
